Ed “Al Bundy” O’Neill Black Belt – Training

Rickson Gracie may be one of the best Jiu-JItsu fighters that ever lived, but has he ever scored four touchdowns in a single game? I think not! We all remember Ed O’Neill as Al Bundy. The ass kicking, shoe salesman who just couldn’t catch a break. What you might not know, is that over the last 17 years, Ed O’Neill has been training directly under Rorion Gracie and received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on the December 2007. Here is some footage of Ed rolling with Rorion as well as some commentary from them both.

Al Bundy: “So a fat lady walks in the store today, she says i need something i can fit into. I said have u tried wyoming? whoooa bundy!”

  1. The scary thing is you never know by lookin at someone whether they train or not. Who would have thought that THIS GUY has been training for 17 years and is a black belt?????

  2. That’s awesome! I met him a few years back and he’s a really cool guy. I had no clue he trained!
