Have you ever heard of Acai? What’s with the hype?!
Acai is a fairly popular “super-fruit” that is well received by the Jiu Jitsu community. It is one of the most nutritious, and energy providing fruits, as well. The Gracie family (of Gracie Barra), actually recommended eating Acai before and after your work out, before anyone really knew the benefits of the fruit. Check out the story here.
