Master the Triangle choke – Free Instructional Set

Hi guys, Simon here.
I have filmed and uploaded a FREE video instructional set, showing all my favourite set ups for the triangle choke. Both from top and bottom positions and I am posting it here for you guys.
The triangle is my favourite submission from the bottom, its the perfect example of what jiu jitsu is all about. When done correct, its not about how big, strong or flexible you are. It is all about efficiency, angle, leverage and technique.

The video set is uploaded in 8 parts and comes in at 1 hour 40 minutes long.

NO CATCHES, you don’t need to give me your email or jump through hoops to get the free video, its yours. If you like the video, please hit the Like button on the videos and Subscribe to my channel!

See you on the mats!

  1. Thank you Marc. I have some material on defeating deep half guard that I need to upload as it seems to be the new ‘secret weapon’ that x-guard or rubber guard was a few years ago when people first began to learn it.

  2. By the way do you have other instructional. I like the way you explain your techniques.

  3. This look awesome. Thanks a lot for the effort. the triangle is a position I tend to use to setup other submission or sweep as i am not so good at finishing them. so this instructional will help me a lot in improving this weakness and share the good tips with my students.

  4. Awesome Man, thanks!
