Shoulder exercises to save your life (well, maybe not, but you need to start doing these!)

Who knew the constant pulling, tugging, and rotating of shoulder would become a constant nagging pain or even the dreaded shoulder tear or pulled muscle?  Here are some stretches and workout techniques that can be added to your daily routine to keep these aches and even injuries at bay!
