Workout Free for 30 Days at American Top Team in Miramar
Miramar, Florida 2011

With the new year quickly approaching, millions of Americans are thinking about new year’s resolutions to lose weight, exercise more, and/or improve nutrition. To encourage South Floridians to take action, American Top Team in Miramar is offering a free 30-day trial from now through the end of January for their Mixed Martial Arts and ATT Fit boot camp programs.

Improving the quality of life through healthy habits is the perfect new years resolution, said Wilson Gouviea, co-owner of American Top Team Miramar, and a Brazilin Jiu-Jitsu black belt and veteran pro in the UFC circuit. By offering a free 30-day trial for our Mixed Martial Arts and ATT Fit boot camp programs, we are making it easier than ever for South Floridians to take action on their resolutions. It is really a no-brainer. Mr. Gouviea has built the ATT Miramar program around his own training principles and experience. He is considered one of the top light heavyweight fighters in the world.

One way to make sure that you stay committed to your resolution is to tell your partner or friend, said Gouviea. This buddy system is a proven method of staying on track and committed to your goals. It also makes it more fun. Today, you can also share your goals with your friends on Facebook, to get encouragement, stay on track, and share the good results.

American Top Team Miramar is one of the largest and most active Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) teams in the world. Led by head instructor Wilson Gouveia, the center offers professional training in MMA, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Wrestling, and Muay Thai, while promoting overall physical fitness to all of their students from beginner level to professional athletes.
